Silver Sneakers

The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program, the nation's only fitness program designed exclusively for seniors is offered at Center in the Woods. All current members of the fitness class and individuals currently enrolled in Security Blue, Freedom Blue or Medigap Blue are eligible to participate in this program and are invited to attend to learn the benefits of the program.
